STANDARD & TAILOR-MADE DESIGN DEPARTMENT

The design department consists of engineers specialising in metallurgy and welding. They work hard to create solutions for your products specifications. They also anticipate future regulations. Furthermore, the strong adaptability of the design department allows the team to produce simple and complex storage solutions. They can also include some of your components in our storage (E.G. fire safety). We also offer optional extras including frost-free solutions, heating, refrigeration, and isolation (with or without ATEX).

Thanks to the graphics software the engineers use we can create high-precision drawings to make your projects real. From the steel structure to the cladding, no technical element is left out.

FRENCH MANUFACTURER PRODUCTION Product quality is important for Delahaye Industries, that’s why we work with the best materials and equipment available. To help with handling and lifting, rings have been placed on top of the container.

Each level is equipped with a spill containment. The retention capacity depends on the spill containment which is evoluated according to the container’s storage capacity and the European and French regulations.

CATEGORY OF DOORS The choice of doors, sliding or swinging, will depend a lot on the size of the container. If the container measures more than 3 meters, it will be more secure to choose sliding doors and not swinging. Indeed, it avoids the wind load and takes up extra space.

Forced ventilation permits a better evacuation of hazardous fumes, explosive and foul-smelling fumes, and avoids their accumulation.

CORROSION PROTECTION A specific lining covers the drum spill pallet to suit the nature and aggressiveness of the pro ducts to be stored in the container.

S TORAGE BUNGALOW

The bungalow is designed to store small containers: cans, jerrycans, and small drums.

Its space permits the user to enter the bungalow to store, organize and handle the containers. In order to limit the risks, all the floor is placed on retention. Only a pallet truck can be used in the bungalow. Different layouts are possible to maximize the space and adapt it to the customer’s need.

120 min firebreak certified from inside and outside, the bungalow allows you to store your products and limit the danger. The double frame and the sandwich panels secure the operator and the working environment safety for 2 hours.

6 ISOLATED FACES ROCK WOOD PANELS

Rock wool insulation panels A2-s1d0. The insulated walls allow the temperature to be maintained within the bungalow.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

SHADE We offer you a wide range of more than 200 colours. From dark to light colours, we will meet your needs. Only the following colours are not available: fluorescent, glossy, pearly and aluminium.

Thanks to its refrigeration and heating system, the air conditioned bungalow can maintain a temperature between 10°C and 25°C.

RELATED EQUIPMENT

HEATING SYSTEM A constant higher temperature in the bungalow is achieved thanks to an optional heating system. After the installation of the heater, a protective grid is installed to protect the equipment against possible shocks. AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM Alternatively, a constant lower temperature can be achieved with an air conditioning unit to regulate the internal temperature. All the equipment is installed between the insulation panels.

B UNDED STORAGE COMPOUND

A bunded storage compound is a limited but separated space for storage which is formed by several containment units and a connecting roof. We recommend the compound for the larger storage of polluting liquids that require isolation.

Different types of containers can be stored. The position of any containers is relative to the other containers. An aisle cover is available for each section. Safety equipment or regulation requirements can be considered when designing the compound.
